It's crazy how expensive United has gotten here in HK (and even in SG I heard). The latest Wave (Perceptor, Kup, Blurr and Wreck Gar) retailed for about HKD$180/piece for all of 5 days and each piece jumped to HK$250 thereabouts. In SG, I heard that United Wreck Gar is going for SGD$50 or more. That's just nuts.

So today, a Saturday, and for the 3 week in a row my wife has to go back to work (banks just never let their lawyers get a break I swear. every deal must have been done and signed, yesterday).

Went for breakfast (alone :() and then went to the TRU at Causeway Bay which is 5 mins from my place...

... I basically picked up all the Wheeljacks and Thundercrackers on the pegs... (don't hate me :D)

OMG!! you didn't!! :eek: I still want a United Wheeljack though...

oh and since you mentioned 3 weeks of straight on work, why not treat her ( or a couple's) a spa massage on her day off just to relieve some work pressure HD :D

good idea man. Hopefully, tomorrow we get to go hiking as planned, unless they need her to attend more conferences/meetings, again.

I was thinking of buying another wheeljack and thundercracker and realised I have them on order! :)

United Wave from etoys japan: Cant be bothered to take pics

2x Kup
2x Perceptor
2x Wreck-gar
1x Blurr

Slightly annoyed since the box that it was shipped in was bare thin with a thin layer of bubble warp- which does nothing. 2 of the boxes were crushed... I can't really be bothered to complain since they were pre-order price and cheap shipping and I will open those 2 anyway... but still- have learnt to really appreciate RobotKingdom's packing.

TFC G1 Re-Issue Blitzwing

Received MISB TFC Blitzwing in the mail today - courtesy of a US eBay seller (and 170 big ones) :o

It was worth every penny! :D

Blitzwing was my second TF ever as a kid and my first Decepticon, so you can't put a price on re-living your childhood (even if it is the re-issue and not the original G1 toy). :)
