I know I have gone into stores about 4pm Wednesday (in NSW) and the prices have rolled over for the next weeks sale. I dont know if the 2pm is local time or AEST.Quote:

Yep, Big W Dapto rolled over at 2:01pm on the dot and I grabbed me an Ark playset. :D
I also sighted the Jetwing Optimus, or at least I should say the 20 of them that were stacked adjacent to the Truck Display that weren't there when I took photos, too whilst I was there. ;):)
Really, really pissed with the advertised Shockwave figure that is non-existent in the Illawarra stores - So far there has been only 1 sighted and that was at TRU Wollongong, at least LCO doesn't have to pull his hair out with frustration like I am. :mad:
I need 2 Voyager Shockwaves, so if anyone could help me out in finding a pair at Big W's Sales price I'd be really grateful. :o
Funny how there was no-one in the store, yet in another few hours it'll be packed!
My local had only wave 1 deluxes, voyagers, legends and leaders in the main Prime display case in the middle (entry) aisle. However on the end caps down in the homewares section was the voyager wave 2 assortment, as well as the Huge $148 Prime set.
Yeah same quiet as can be, but come midnight whoa! I forgot to mount a full store search, oh well picked up enough DOTM stuff anyway.

A tip for people looking for this toy - walk all around the store. These are big boxes, so aren't likely to be stacked in the toy section. And during their annual toy sales, they have toys all throughout the store.
The BigW at Garden City had them near the kids clothing section, which was a fair bit away from the regular toy section.
I found Jet primes on the floor next to the Prime Cab display at my local Big W.
Sadly they still only had Waves 1-2 of Deluxes :(

That wasn't the only shortfall- absolutely no sign of Powerglide in an entirely full store display- go figure.
On a side note, wound up Laybying that Lego Imperial Shuttle- not sure if I'll build it or hold onto it for a year when it winds up being worth twice what it is now heh.
Bit dissapointed in the stuff they had at blacktown big w, no ark sets at all I don't think they put them out at all because every transformers section was full up like no sold out sections and of course no shockwaves so a bit annoying really
At Garden City in Brisbane, they had limited Wave 2 Legions.
Did you walked all the sections and checked all the island stands? The local Big W I went last night had The Ark and Jetwing Prime stacked near the ladies clothing section in the mists of Cars 2 plush toys!Quote:

No where in the Illawarra, apart from TRU Wollongong, had any Wave 2 Voyagers on display/shelf at all but I asked a Big W staff member last night if they had any back in their docks, providing pictorial evidence to back up my knowledge, at which point they ran it through their system and (At least in my and LCO's case) happily went and dug what we were after out for us. :cool:
The BigW at Garden City had just about sold out of theirs on the first day. They only sold 2 Jetwing Primes though (which were a lot harder to find in the store).
Indeed I did, and the guy who you could ask where everything was he was really useless, he had no idea he just said it's on the ends I checked out the whole store, it's prob just the Blacktown store that runs this bad lol They Had Jetwing Primes there but just no ArksQuote:

Yeah the Sales Assistants are really of much help. When we went at midnight yesterday, I couldn't find Jetwing Primes and The Ark too and my friend asked one of the Sales assistants. He walked off somewhere having to ask others as well! In the end we found it ourselves amongst other clothes.Quote:
