WHAT?!??!
I have to get in now!!!:eek:
RK ran out. Looks like BBTS is the way to go. I could squeeze in the comic wave as well with the POL. (though Trailcutter and Orion are the ones I'm interested in- BB looks cool though. :D)
Didn't get to it. :( They had 3 when I last checked and I checked again this morning. So no. BBTS will be fine, I think. :D
Yep. :D They have quite a few.
#transformation spoiler
Some videos reviews are up:
Springer
Blitzwing
Both reviewers are a little bit clumsy imho in that there are bits that aren't transformed correctly/properly. Baltmatrix also did a Blitzwing review where he couldn't get things peg together properly. No one seemed to complain about things not pegging together on the hk-tf forum though so maybe it's a QC issue.
Being triplechangers dictates their over transforming scheme to be quite well though out, yet the designers were still able to pay attention to details and put in some nifty little transformation bits that I really like, i.e. Springer's lower arm and sword, Blitzwing's treads. Some ingenious enginnering indeed.

The Baltmatrix review is cringe worthy when he starts ranting about the problems with the Blitzwing toy, had to press skip many a time during that review.
Peaugh's review is much better he highlights the problems (he at least seems to understand that what he's reviewing is child's toy) without melting down on camera and offers up some solutions.
Man, I hate video reviews. It's completely about ego.
What are these Blitzwing problems? Keep in mind if it just stays together during Transformation I'll be thrilled as my Animated Bliztwings legs and forearms would just not stay on.
+1. I refuse to even call most of them "reviews," since that word means "a critical article or report; critique; evaluation." Most so-called reviews are just boast videos, as in "Check out this cool toy I've got! Let me show you how it works!" -- okay, but that's NOT a review! Tell us what you like and maybe not like about it, and most importantly why! A lot of reviewers these days remind me of that episode of Simpsons when Homer became a food critic and was giving everything rave reviews.
"Sorry Marge, I'm afraid this gets my lowest rating ever. Seven thumbs up."
^Seriously... that's how most video reviews come off as!
A lot of the better reviewers are the text ones, especially long time reviewers who've been doing since like forever. :p I would recommend:
Ben Yee's World of Transformers
Dave Van Domelen's reviews (his reviews aren't as current though)
Our own OTCAer dirge's reviews
And Peaugh is actually one of the better video reviewers out there. I haven't seen his reviews for Blitzwing/Springer yet, but some of his older reviews that I've seen have been alright.
Peaugh's are pretty good. He's fairly impartial. I use them when I am having trouble deciding if a TF is worth the money or not or sometimes for transformation help. His MP Rodimus one is good for that.
But yeah most are a scream for attention and self validation. That Optibotimus guy is one of the worst for ego stroking I have ever seen
Damn straight, couldn't spam the close button fast enough after 20 seconds of his videos.
I usually watch Peaugh's videos for influence my purchase decisions but this time I decided to wait and discover the transformations myself.
Unfortunately Auspost is taking their sweet time
To be honest i dont read or watch any of the reviews, if i see something i like or want i just get it and discover the joy (or frustration) for myself. I used to but then i bought some after reading terrible reviews and i loved them or vice versa. As they say one mans trash is another mans treasure
I think half the fun is finding out everything about the TF for yourself with no pre concieved thoughts or ideas.
