Thanks! I've placed an order for two Minibots.

I am pleasantly surprised that a clothing retailer would stock Transformers :confused: (not complaining, though :D), much less a line not targeted at children.

If they're selling them for around $15, that's with a mark-up. So it is pretty cheap for them to get in and see if they sell. They probably restocked so fast due to how fast the first lot sold. Us collectors are thirsty people. Not complaining ordered a set for me, even though I have the g1s loose.

Reisssue Minibots from Cotton On

This news came up on facey a couple of days ago.

I just placed my order with click and collect as well as the $10 voucher you get for signing up to their program, total came to $49.96 :D
Very happy with that. I look forward to watching my little one open these up and having a play.

Just be aware that they have the multi-national versions, so don't have the classic techspec, and have a dozen languages on the card.

Adding to that information, a few of us had issues with Cotton On's packing of the toys. So, if you're an MOSC/MISB collector, let the buyer beware.

And Bumblebee only has illustrated instructions, not photographic like the US version. Still, good price!

I ordered 6. One of each to keep MOSC, a Bbee for my son and an extra Outback to open since mine is missing his gun :)

Grabbed some TF tupperware and drink bottle while there too :D

The packaging was alright. Got tailgate today. Tho who ever delivered it jammed it through my mail box and ended up tearing around the plastic bubble

I opted for click & collect and had no issues with Australia Post doing dumb things with the parcel. They were in great shape in store. American cards would be nice, but I�m happy we got G1 style cards!

I wish I went for the Click & Collect option since there's many Cotton On shops in my area. I've never used Click & Collect before, but I think I will from now on.

I did click and collect - they came out in a giant plastic bag. No damage though, all in good condition.

Keep in mind - Cotton On are mostly going to be posting CLOTHES so their standards of packaging and handling may not be up to the task of ADULT COLLECTIBLES (toys)

Offered my spare set of 4 to my 17yo step-son for $60 as he is a bit of TF fan on and off when he is in the mood. His reply was �seems a lot of money for those little things�. Guess I caught him on an �off� day.:D

All four minibots are still available for purchase. The first lot went out of stock within a day.

Either:
1. Cotton On put in a much larger second order; or
2. Collectors are shying away from the International non-American packaging variant

All mine arrived pretty safe and unbent which was a relief considering what has happened to others

I got mine this week, sadly the bag was poorly packed and the minibots packaging was damaged. Bumblebee was the worst, fortunately I had already bought a Bumblebee of DaptoDog so its not to bad I suppose.

Looks like all remaining warehouse/online stock has been sent out to stores, as they don't appear to be listed anymore, and a lot of people have been seeing them at their stores in the last couple weeks.

Also, there appears to be 30-40% off Transformers items, with 40% off the Minibots (if you find them in a store that is).... as noted by member JuzMel on Facebook.

Yeah, given it's 50% off (i.e. clearance price) it's highly unlikely a big second batch restock.

Now twiddling thumbs waiting for Cotton On Kids to stock the next wave of reissue G1 minibots.
