I think it makes sense for them to be not mainline releases, moreso Hasbro have to make sure that those exclusives have an avenue to reach fans not in the US.

Netflix WFC 4 Deluxe figure review
https://www.tfradio.net/2020/02/24/t...6IrIy7z9zKyYyY
Having watched the preview, I like the dark and somewhat gritty view. This is not a children?s cartoon and the fact that the transformation on the show is toy accurate makes me one happy Chappy.
Hopefully this will be available online?
The contents of the spoiler pack aren't that shocking... and if you've seen the trailer, I don't see anything listed that is a spoiler. (unless the partner toy is the same as in IDW)
I got the impression from some of the photos on social media and fansites that Hasbro were giving the invited fansite owners, free Netflix Generations toys in a "goody bag".
According to TFwiki the names of the Target Masters with Netflix Hotlink are Heatstroke and Heartburn, so new characters. And the Target Masters with Netflix Megatron are Captive Lionizer and Captive Pinpointer.
I guess that means I can skip them and Scrapface since they are not G1 characters, but I probably won't.

I'm late to this party but am definitely keen on the Quintesson and Alicon.
Also can we just buy those dioramas? They are awesome in their own right. :)
Some more licensed product displays posted up on TFW2005...
Jada - nano Hollywood Rides - the people who did that Gen1 Optimus truck we've been seeing in BigW in recent months, are doing 4cm diecaste micro-sized vehicles.
Four packs noted, with two of them being shown on display - two movie packs and two Gen1 packs.
Just note that there are place-holder images being used in one of the photos, as there is no way they would be able to do a Gen1 toy version Jetfire, as Hasbro doesn't own the rights to that... Harmony Gold does. If Hasbro makes them produce the Robotech version of Jetfire, expect a very swift and expensive lawsuit, and it won't be against Hasbro, which would be underhanded of Hasbro if that happens.

Jada Nanorides look really cool, but I don't know if they'll be released here. Have any other Jada products been released locally? I really think they're quite cute in that size.
Consnspicuous absence from Flame Toys was the Windblade figure, which people went cray-cray over (or against) in the tfw2005 forums. Almost as strong as the reaction to Nicee from a 3rd party.
I think the only thing we got here from Jada was the Gen1 Optimus truck at BigW last year and Kmart this year, and the remote control Bumblebee at Kmart.

There's one of those Jada Optimus' at the Big W I work at. I keep thinking about buying it as it seems cool, but the price isn't great.
Dont know if it's worth starting a whole new thrread, but TTMall have an exclusive repaint of the Allicons

Qunitesson Judge looks slightly different tooQuote:
[Quintessan Alicon]
An executioner under Quintessa.
Transforms from robot mode to shark monster, performing Quintessa's referee faithfully.
They act in groups and overwhelm enemies, but their intelligence is not very high.
Equip a spear and a sword.

Oh great. A more expensive way to army build my Quintesson faction.
I can't pick any difference with the judge, but if I'm going to armybuild Allicons I'm going to have to nab some TTmall variants. Thank goodness TT are diverging from slavishly aping Hasbro colourings
In late Jan some Big W stores had the Jada movie Optimus as well as G1. A lot of K-Marts now have the G1 Optimus.
I wonder why TakaraTomy made their Allicon so pink. It doesn't look right to me. The colours in the movie were grey-purple, which is closer to the Hasbro grey.
As for the judge, the heads look brighter than the Hasbro version (below - but it is a CG image, so the colours could be off), while the energy beam at the bottom is a different colour.

I agree, Griffin. The pink is an odd move on the Allicon for sure and I have no idea what it's referencing either. The Quintesson does look slightly better than Hasbro, but neither are making me feel I need to spend extra for Takara versions. Gonna stick with my current preorders.
The only thing it even comes close to is a half assed attempt at the G1 episode a killing jar deco
And just when I thought that the Rescue Bots display at Melbourne was small, the display at New York was also small... so small that Seibertron and TFW didn't cover it, and BWTF didn't even have it on the main news page.
Items on display at New York...
Rescan bots - Optimus, Bumblebee, Hotshot (none are new)
Mini Racers - Whirl, Bumblebee, Hoist (these are new)
Electronic - Hotshot (this has not been seen before - looks Megabot sized, similar to Heatwave but different engineering)
Mega Mighties - Optimus, Bumblebee (none are new)
Command Centre Trailers - Hoist, Wedge (none are new)
The Melbourne Toyfair only had 3 Mega Mighties (Bumblebee, Hotshot, Heatwave) and 2 Rescan bots (Bumblebee, Medix).
Oh I'll be needing that Smokescreen!
