Not MISB, but I dont think either had been transformed before. Only bought it for Megatronus fig, but the Orion bot mode blew me away.

ER Soundbarrier - I was unimpressed with it out of the box and then it also immediately broke.
ER Hoist - This was my obligatory 'I am on a holiday and must purchase a Transformer'. It's kind of bland tbh.
GT Red-Bull (beast not-Sideswipe) - A bloody delight, though perhaps a smidge more delicate that I'd like.
