Actually, I noticed this as well. It seems to have changed. Somewhere around January 19th.
I can't find an option to reactivate it. Do I have to tick the checkbox each time I send a messagE?

Yep, I' m on the other side. I generally only click where I need to keep the original msg which isn't very often
