I think they're an expat living in Japan who scouts G1 and Japanese exclusive toys then sells them back to an international market.

I can't really complain much though, as I've purchased from him before. But lately he's been really slack with postage times for some reason.

I feel really sorry for the winning bidder. This is rare to see someone go to such length to bid on these items.

the top two winning bidders have over 1000 positive ratings. They're not inexperienced at this, so why would these be deliberate bids??
