The Hasbro Jazz reissue fixed that problem. Probably the only good thing about a Hasbro reissue - particularly that one (stupidly goofy looking oversized missile & launcher, chrome rapage etc).

I have an original G1 Jazz (84) and he suffer from the same problem. It is possible to 'realign' the parts with a little reassemply but it only improves it doesn't really fix it.
:)I'm pretty sure my G1 Jazz is fine and doesn't have any alignment issues:D.

gok...encore jazz seems to have the same grin on his face but not very obvious as compared to G1. And yes, i agree with Paul that the door seems too small and falls off easily. the door metal joint to the body has already chip off abit of paint for mine too.
