I still have the wave 2 deluxe case in my POL. Decided to inquire about the new pricing and got this email back:

After reviewing your order I noticed that the item(s) in reference were purchase beyond our 7 day sale price matching time frame. Unfortunately due to the length of time that has exceeded our 7 day policy, we are no longer able to provide you with a full sale price refund difference at this time, but I have gone ahead and issue a $20.00 partial refund as a courtesy to you. The reasoning for this discount is due to a high percentage of upcoming assortments from Hasbro containing these same figures.

boom! wasn't expecting the partial refund but woo! may the floodgates open :). Just don't mention this post so they don't close the gates :P

And now imagine the people that have paid those sorts of prices...

Checked my BBTS pre-orders, and the Waspy wave is still in there, along with the single Waspy I ordered for someone else (but just kept it just in case).
Crosscut has disappeared completely. I know the update said that the Tankor/Rattrap wave was no longer including it, but I thought they'd still keep it in the system somewhere since it was pre-ordered and I was never notified that it was removed from my account.

I find it strange that they have Goldfire in stock, which was part of the really rare Waspy wave, but must have been so unwanted, that even their limited numbers didn't sell out.

I really don't know why you guys persevere with BBTS anymore. I haven't bought from them in years (I've discovered so many other online stores since then & I haven't looked back).

Speaking of BBTS, Did you guys know that they also have their own Ebay store where they sell things such as empty G1 boxes? Shipping would be a killer on those lots but vintage G1 packaging (even beat-up ones like those) has a certain charm to it... heh

BBTS and Amazon are the only sites that have a significant range of Hasbro Transformers, that saves us big bucks on Australian retail prices.
They don't usually have too many problems, so this is really just the one lingering issue that ends up frustrating a lot of their regular customers.

Me Too! :D Now do I wait till June for Rattrap, Tankor, Skybyte and Roadbuster and hope they aren't delayed by Hasbro until December or ship my loot now? :rolleyes:
