I bought my copy from Kinokuniya. If they're out of stock you can just tell them to do a custom order in for you. That's what I did with Transformers Henkei. :)
The place they all order from is what is sold out.
I'm gonna try the other comic shop in the ACT to try to order this in... wish me luck. If not, I may try the bookshop the missus used to work at. :)
