Naturally also love Prowl and Bluestreak.

Sideswipe. Red Countach was my favourite car when I was 5 and he looked cool. Jet-pack and those piledrivers were cool gimmicks he had on the cartoon.

He's not technically a car, but my favourite Autobot from that sub-group is Ratchet.

Well, the thread question asks about your favourite "Autobot Car" and Ratchet is a part of the Autobot Car sub-group. :)

Mine would be sideswipe. Not sure why, maybe being a red lamboghini, may e cause he was my first alternator and got hooked on the character.

Well, if we're really going to be pedantic, the questioner used a lowercase c for cars, which would not infer the use of a proper noun and thus, not be a reference to the Autobot Car sub-group. :p :)

(Regardless, I've always considered vans to be a kind of car)

Prowl is without doubt my favourite Autobot car. He's Prime's right hand bot, has the most sophisticated logic chip out of all the Autobots and he's a badass 80's cop car. There was a reason why Jake and Elwood survived that epic car chase in the Blues Brothers, yes that's right, their car was Prowl's dad (Cybertron rest his spark)... :p

I'll say and I know people will laugh at me but my fave G1 car was Hot Rod. He's technically a 'Super Car' (whatever that means) but I love the shape, how aerodynamic he looks and the colours. My fave. Crap bot mode though...
