I'd say that Hasbro fort max has the better torso and arms, with Takara having the better lower legs and head.
Takara is more faithful in city mode but most people wont display that mode so meh
The colours on the Japanese ones look so much more vibrant... I hope the actual toys look that colourful and they aren't just painted mockups.
That Blaster looks so beautiful. It's so hard to resist.
HLJ have finished listing this batch of LG figures.
These look great... and it's for that very reason why we'll probably never get these hitting our shores. All I am seeing these days are RiD and Rescue Bots warming my local store shelves.
TT version for the win, I did not order any but if I were to choose, the TT one definately attracks me way more.

Wheelie looks great, glad I've got him on order, as for the 'cons, will probably stick to Hasbro versions (I like their Skullcruncher head better)
Don't know if these will be enough to get me back into mainstream Transformers products, but Christ on a bike these look about ten times better than the tripe we've had recently.
that's something I hadn't known about Hardhead's cannon...
Which is very cool and also cool that it reminds me of this classic..

Hah, pbfcomics ftw

Who's the new guy with a transparent drill?
The text says that they're test shots for Nosecone. :)
As expected, Japanese Fort Max is more cartoon/G1 accurate while Hasbro seems to have attempted a MTMTE color scheme. However, the mould is clearly trying to be G1 Fort Max so I don't think the IDW paint scheme doesn't really work.
Everything else looks great though.
Walker mode Hardhead looks rad

The display of Legends (Titans Return) toys at the Tokyo Toy Show.
More images of Scourge, which doesn't come out until August.
More official images of Weirdwolf with Monzo (both original names on the Japanese toy, as opposed to the Hasbro Wolfwire with Monxo).

Nice!
Unlike the cheap Hasbro version Takara actually put some paint on Chromedome's Headmaster. Alas I will probably still got with the cheap looking Hasbro version as it has the MTMTE style head.

Can anyone with eagle-eyes spot any differences in the shadow for Ginrai?
