It's called an Obitsu Body stand. I got mine from Angolz but I think they are out of stock now. You can probably get them from HLJ or the like.
Another option for flight posing is.. Flightpose. These things are awesome, makes me wish i had more toy planes worth showing off! They used to be called FlexiDisplay V2, you should be able to find some reviews searching for that.

I might have to invest on a "delicate warrior" figure. Quite ironic that the "valkyrie" - a label usually given to tough warrior like femmes end up with such a gentle, porcelain looking, easily breakable toy, and "delicate warrior" ends up having a sturdy, more playable, on-steroids look of Arcee. they should switch names actually....:p:p:D
