Virgin is basically Optus guys. They use the Optus network. Their call center is a floor below where I sit.
That is correct - Virgin is Optus. The up side is that Virgin seems to have much better prices and better customer services than 'raw' Optus but you are still running through their lines so reception issues and the like will be the same.Quote:

Well my week started out great, got chewed out by my boss. Still at work, don't get paid for doing these extra hours, he leaves at 3pm, and the reason I got chewed out is still a problem, and I can't fix it, won't get fixed until tomorrow sometime when I needed to get it done today. And yay, I am going to get another chewing out tomorrow. I think I'm gonna call in dead tomorrow.
