^dont think so, from the pictures and judging by comparison it'll do the same as hasbro. but its not hard to make the elbow joint tighter and if it'll fold like mixmaster's elbows i dont see a big problem

From the Tokyo Toy show photos, it looks like a different, presumably stronger plastic is used for Scrapper's fore arm and elbow, then painted green. It's not that Takara haven't made any engineering mistakes but with this critical change I'd like to think they've made sure it would work.

Can't seem to find the post, but I recall Oz Comic Con having access to the SDCC Devy?
