Gah... sounds like a bad translation, and here's how it would've happened.
+ G1 Optimus Prime is called "Convoy" in Japan;
+ G1 Rodimus Prime is called "Rodimus Convoy";
+ Episode 3 of The Headmasters is called 夢のダブルコンボイ誕生 (yume no daburu konboi no tanjou), which means "Birth of the Dream Double Convoys" - 'Double Convoy' referring to Convoy and Rodimus Convoy.
+ Whoever translated this episode title for Madman didn't pick up on this and instead hastily translated Convoy as "Optimus Prime."
...thus the confusion.

I was watching my Headmasters eps just last week... it's just so infinitely better than Rebirth IMO! :D

Picked up my partner Gold Bumblebee/Goldbug Legends figure from Toys R Us Northland last Thursday. Nice find, I think.

Braved the crowds at Westfield Marion this morning and picked up Skullgrin at Big W.

The Madman DVDs give you the option of choosing a subtitle track that features western Transformers names as opposed to Japanese names, So even though the characters are Saying "Convoy" in the Japanese dub the subtitles will read "Optimus Prime".

Lucky! I imagine most toy aisles are pretty empty by now. :) I can't stand crowded shopping centres, :/ I'm not doing any browsing until the new year.
