If asked, tell 'em the contents of the parcel are adult toys. ;)

For me it's nothing to do with Auspost, but that the address i gave is ok for our business mailroom to find me, not a random courier. So as a business decision, maybe next time you want to be proactive and helpful to customers, a quick email out could have helped to see if the customers wanted the upgrade or not.
Trypticon is a massive adult toy that requires batteries. ;)
Had my order partially fulfilled & shipped. Which indicates PC do ship items from an Order as they become available, rather than wait until all items are available.
Probably best your tracking number doesn't work. My mp-10 got from Queensland to Tasmania in 2 days but it's been sitting at their depot for 3 days. Maybe they've got lost?
Just got my Quickslinger and Brake-Neck, thanks Premium Collectables. :)
My tally so far:
Gen Jetfire - minor issues caused by 3rd party but quickly sorted out
CW Megatron - arrived no problems
CW Menasor - arrived no problems
MP Star Saber - arrived no problems
CW Defensor - arrived no problems
CW Brake-Neck and Quickslinger - arrived no problems
Overall, very happy and have a few more pre-orders waiting in the pipeline.
I received an email from Auspost today saying they couldn't deliver a parcel because I wasn't home, so I had to print out a shipping label and take it into post office to pick up. The email address is info24@emailbusinesstool.com. I'm not sure if this is my PC order or a scam as usually the guy who delivers my packages knows to leave them at my front door.
