My guess would be because It's too big, the sculpt is very basic, so it's really just the 80's toy with articulation.Quote:

I think it needs to be bulked up to amplify the fact that it's an armored version of Prime.
This interpretation is too lanky I guess.
Hope some other 3rd party has a go and adds a HiQ too
