It's strange that they are sometimes only processing one or two figs out of a full order of three. If all three were ordered at the same time, you'd expect HLJ would process them all at the same time. I wonder if it has something to do with the case assortments?Quote:

Maybe that's why some people are only getting payment advices for one or two figs at a time? The person before you might have had 2 Arcee on order (and only 1 Windblade and 1 Chromia) but by cancelling the multiples, HLJ have put you next in line for an Arcee. And so when they started preparing your order with Arcee, there weren't any Chromia or Windblade "extra" to put together with Arcee yet. If that makes any sense...:o

If they are cancelled it would be good to be told. I've had no message from them at all and only know there was an issue because of people posting here and on twitter.
Im the same thing..........all I got was Arcee but not the other two. I grabbed Chromia from ebay for $45 but Windblade may wait now till next week and then I can see if I can grab her while Im on holiday.Quote:

HLJ had the listing for Windblade as discontinued, but no email
BBTS fulfilled Windblade yesterday, so I cancelled my order at HLJ (technically didn't pay for Windblade, or Thundertron, as I had $55 credit for the broken Rainmaker I received.)
I checked my HLJ account and all three that I ordered are discontinued. I contacted them and they advised me that they didn't have numbers to fill my orders.
However they leave the order there in case someone else cancels.
So you guys are probably in the same boat. They're not sending out e-mails just yet but I wouldn't be counting on them to come through.
RK still has Windblade and Chromia as of an hour ago. Arcee will be he hardest to find I think
