Why Hasbro failed to mention the fact he has 5 cassettes included to further enhance the play value is anybodys guess. Personally, i wouldve liked to have seen a three word spiel like "includes 5 casettes!" etc to tie-in with his storage feature.
Perhaps they'll update their site with actual in-hand images soon to reflect it.

I just spent the money I'd put away for Soundwave, on some Robot Heroes hardcopies. Typical.
Spoke to a clerk at Northlands TRU about these, she told me honestly, that they don't actually know even with the info on their database. She said it may or may not be in storage already, but they won't know until they open the boxes and find it physically there.
Did the info on her database give stock counts for her store? Or was it still 0 units across the board?Quote:

There are plenty of people on the look out, so when there's a first sighting, that's when you know you can start visiting your nearest TRU outlet.
In the interim, being rude and impatient toward the folk at TRU is hardly going to get things moving. They'll hit the shelves when they hit the shelves.
+1 although it doesn't hurt to make some enquiries. I would like to purchase both masterpieces! I think there is some serious competition for these items. I wish toy world had these as well so unfair :(
I have a feeling they will do what they did with MP-10 last year and keep it for the EOFY sales. They'll put it in the catalogue and the stores won't be allowed to sell any or put them on the shelves until the catalogue date. Actually I'm kinda hoping that's what they do this year, at least then there will be a published date to go by for when they will be available.

I feel the same, with Kazza planning on buying out northlands stock and me not being able to leave work at the drop of the hat I really doubt that I'll be getting these in store. I plan on buying these from toysrus website and just sucking up the extra postage costsQuote:

Asked at the Chatswood TRU and was told to speak to "the expert", he came over and said that the system was saying November but even he seemed surprised by that. Best he could do was tell me that the date might change and to check in every couple of weeks.
I also called one of the stores in ACT he also said to call back each week

There was also a guy looking at some toys near by and when he heard Soundwave that got his attention and came over for a listen.
This is crazy, every man and his dog wants one. My mate who doesn't collect figures wants me to pick one up for him as well.

Yeah, I've got 3 mates who buy a TF once a decade who are slavering to get this figure. I think Hasbro is REALLY underestimating how many people want this. If Hasbro made enough of Soundwave, I think they could double their profit margin for that quarter ;)Quote:

Just got off the phone with TRU Cannington, a very helpful attendant looked Soundwave and Acid Storm up on the system for me and she advised that the Eastern States warehouse has not yet received their order, once they receive their order they will update the system and then dispatch the items to the individual stores. She advised that it will likely be atleast another month.
