My broadband is dial up speed.
But thx for the suggestion man
Looks like it's back on weeknights at 6pm on channel 99, except Friday. (or it could just be a space filler this week, and isn't a regular thing)
This week...
28/4 - S1 ep5 (Prehistoric Pensylvannia)
29/4 - S1 ep3 (Texas Toy Step)
30/4 - S1 ep4 (Million Dollar Magazine)
01/5 - S1 ep8 (West Coast Wonders)
They are smashing the repeats.....would love some new eps :(
A minty boxed Jetfire with gun clip and cardboard cover thingy on a S2 episode. I can't remember which one, but it may have been Ep 10 or 11. It sold for $200 and they sold what looks like a boxed Soundwave in the background for an unknown amount.
I wonder/hope if some net-nerd will do a compilation on youtube of all the TF segments from the show - I can never find the time to sit down and watch whole episodes.
P.S: If anyone here wants to do this, you wont be a net-nerd, you will be a legend!:D
I watched Toy Hunter last night and I saw some TF's in a box that he was looking through but didn't feature in the show.
I made sure I noted on one of my posted episode lists for season 1 (post #86), which ones had Transformers in it, for fans here to prioritise - Episodes 2, 6, 11.
I think that was the only ones to feature Transformers.... so it should be easy for someone to do a compilation for the first season.
If someone has seen the other seasons wants to note the Transformers episodes, feel free.
(I thought it might be something on tfwiki, since they like to feature fans & fandom... but I couldn't see anything of the show there)
Stayed home today to care for the sick missus. Saw the episode Boston Toy Party. Jordan 'stumbled' across a G1 Slag prototype.:cool:
He's now trying to offload some of the valuable Transformers he (pretended he) randomly discovered:

(One of those seems greatly overpriced.)

Ahh, his protege :) There was the old bald guy and the other guy who is supposed to be well versed with Euro toys :)
"Names his fists Megatron and optimus"...Jesus Christ
Good luck with that VSX set. At least he doesn't want 10.5k like before.
Hardhead or erector? :)
These guys normally make video game chasing eps but this is there second "toy chasers" episode

absolutely way better than toy hunter. No flipping, no "do you know how much i can get for this". Just fans looking for toys for their collection
Boxed G1 prime for $45 and G1 Sunstreaker for $15 - is a dream for me :D
Bwahahaha. The Lucky Draw Megatron that the 'Toy Hunter' allegedly paid $2000 for is now on his eBay page with an opening bid of $899.99

I swear it looked almost case fresh when he found it, looks really preloved now, shame since its such a rare piece,
I missed it both times it was on the other day, but there was an hour-long episode of Toy Hunter on channel 99... which isn't listed on the wiki page I had linked to in the fifth post. I had to do a search, and it was actually the pilot episode that was aired about seven months before the 1st season screened in America.
It also explains a few things referred to in the first season, like people he'd met in the Pilot episode that he met again later (but if you didn't see the Pilot, it sounded confusing).
Anyway, this link shows the Pilot listed with a description that talks about the Jordan as "a man".
For those (like me) who want to watch it, Channel 9's Jump-In site has it up for two weeks here.
I only saw the last 20 minutes on TV, which featured Thundercats toys... for anyone who's a fan of that 80s toyline. (and based on what he was selling at the end of the episode, Star Wars toys might have been featured at the first half of the episode)
(Supposively) some dude bought the non-released Boba Fett figurine with missile for US$17,000.
