Another big thumbs up to PC from me.
Short story, my son's birthday is coming up and I had pre-ordered Fortress Maximus for his birthday. I never ask PC about when shipments will arrive but this one I did. They always responded within 24 hours (sometimes much faster) of my email to them and gave as accurate a time as they could.
It started to look like it may not come in before his birthday so they managed to track down an SDCC version for me, switched my orders (and even gave a little discount off the price as it was more expensive) and had the item delivered to me within the space of a few days. Great customer service. Thank you once again. Arrived today and I am going to have a very happy birthday boy.

Don't stress and don't bombard them with emails, no business likes that and it promotes putting your original request into the "I'll get around to looking at all the emails from XXXXX later" category. One email should be enough. These guys have always been pretty good at communication in my experience and the thread is overwhelmingly pro-PC. Give them a chance to respond.
