Wendy Richter was bigger than Hogan in her prime (1984-1985).
You guys must be too young to remember that far back. :P

No I remember Wendi Richter in her prime but like now I've never been a fan of female wrestling. I was a fan of the mass of tag teams in the early-mid 80's in the WWF. Brittish Bulldogs and U.S Express were particular favourites.
Naturally I didn't like The Dream Team:p
I was born in 85. :p
I started watching wrestling in the early 90s and damn got into it after King of The Ring '96. ;)
After the few years of being on these boards, I've noticed no thread on WWE or wrestling in general? C'mon guys, I can't be the only one. Don't be embarrassed to admit that you follow! ;) :p
I was at Wrestlemania XXX in New Orleans this year. Awesome experience!
Pfft. They threw Taker's legacy out the door by getting him to job to that kumquat , Lesner.
Still not clear who's decision it was to end the streak though. Not sure if Taker's or Vince...?
is jericho back? he's the only reason for me to watch wrestling. I love that he brought back his lion tamer near the end of his last run.
There are hints of Jericho's return but it will only be to further push talent. Not for any kind if title run I don't imagine.
As for taker's streak - if you happened to watch WM XXX, the reaction of the crowd on TV does not nearly reflect the reaction of the crowd in the stadium that night. Hearing 3/4 of the crowd in the arena turn silent and the amount of jaws you could just about hear dropping to the ground was surreal.
Still. As much as I like Lesnar, pushing Lesnar by giving up the streak doesn't make any sense and would be poor judgement on Vince's part if what you say/think is true. There are talks of taker actually wanting Lesnar to be the one to end the streak. If that's true, then who is anyone else to argue?
