Think this happened for many, would contact customer service but it might be too late. Forums were down at the time but think the consensus on tfw was cancel order and replace it. I did try contacting customer service after 48 hours and even with that, they could not get it to adjust on their end, told me to cancel and replace, and gave me $10 for the trouble.
