Ohmyprimus also still have it listed for pre-order, but have their ETA being February... which would never have been right, as the toy was always expected in March.

Looks like I guessed correctly, the third part of the mini-comic is packed in with the toys, and scans can be seen here, along with their bio-cards.

I got my payment request from OhMyPrimus today, for the rest of my order.

Looks like there is some surplus in-stock for those who are looking.
