oh i'd much rather be a dork - much nicer connotations :) as opposed to geek *insert image of uber greasy hair and bad glasses, too high pants etc* whereas i have pretty hair and awesome glasses and nice height pants lol
I think it is ment in a fun way.
Dorky is more fun than nerd or geek, it's cheesy Eg. "Dorky date". which would be a different thing to "Nerds on a date". With us both being on the forum becomes like that.

I'm slowly converting my g/f into a Transformers fan - she already loves Transformers Animated (how can you not though? :D) and the 2007 movie...It won't be long now before she joins me in scouring ebay for shiny pieces of plastic.....
