Just to spice things up, here's a new rule for this game:
Each time a character is killed, everyone gets a bonus of +1 to damage and heal.
So after the first character dies, everyone can heal and hurt for 2. Then when a second character is killed, everyone can heal and hurt for 3 and so forth. So by time we get down to the last two standing, we'll be able to heal and hurt for 19 points! This should prevent the game from dragging out toward the end. :)
