Wow Accel, those Bugmen look fantastic! - Great shots! :eek::cool:
My only critique would be to try and get a little more light on them, unless the diminished light was what you were after?

still experimenting. I used crepe paper instead of tissue paper i might try baking paper to block light

Ah - ok, yeah I reckon the baking paper may work better as it has enough transparency to let a good amount of light in whilst still filtering it. ;):)

I love the shot of Prime, VP, but BB suffers from a little too much direct light IMO. :)
What size class are those figures dude? :confused:

Yeah, I know... couldn't get the lighting right for BBee - he kept coming up too dark (ie.couldn't see his facial features properly) or too bright (such as in this case).

The Prime is a Voyager from the DOTM Prime/Commettor K-Mart 2-Pack and the BBee is one of the ROTF Deluxes.

I especially like, Skull is it?, I've seen Vangelus of Youtube and the WTF@TFW Podcasts do a couple of reviews on that characters and I've got to say that he is pretty damn James Dean cool - If you know what I mean. ;):D

Thanks for the compliment on my Soundwave collection, there's still a couple I need to add to it but as for being a God of Gods? - Nah, I'd rather be in amongst a pantheon or at least a Demi-God than to be the likes of Zeus, Odin or Amun-Ra. ;):p

You've definitely got that camera figured out now with focusing on the faces man - Ironhide, Skullgrin and Alternity Megatron are my faves out of that lot, Soundwave just goes without saying though. :D

Cheers Hursty - still have ways to go yet in terms of playing around with lighting, etc, but I'm quite happy with the results I've been able to obtain thus far.

May look into photoshop next to see if I can enhance the images - but so far, I've resisted doing that since it's kinda cheating. :p

I like 'em man, I really do - The lighting gives them a very subtle warmth. ;):cool:
Those are some great shots of MP Starscream dude, you've managed to focus in on his face perfectly in every shot with my favourites being the second and third shots. :eek::D

I reckon the 5th shot could be a little better if one was able to manage both his face and pointing figure to be focused but I have a feeling that would be a challenge indeed. ;):)

More man, do Skywarp or Grimmy next! :D

I'm glad you like the pics - MP Screamer lends himself very well as a subject to shoot.

As for getting the finger point and his head both in focus in the fifth pic - well, that's a tad bit tricky to accomplish. :p

I would love to shoot MP Skywarp and Grimlock, except for two things:

-my MP Skywarp is still MISB (and will remain that way)
-I don't have MP Grimlock :p

Seriously VP, if RK have any left in-stock grab one from them as they were the cheapest I found when the figure was released and chances are you wont like the Hasbro packaging on the figure so you'll be compelled to liberate him and take some snaps! ;):cool:

Nah, no interest in MP Grimlock whatsoever... don't care too much for the mold or the character. :p

But seriously, those are some stunning shots VP - I love the 3rd shot as it looks as if he is reaching for the camera and the 2nd last shot as it appears something has caught Lugnut's attention in the distance and his head has snapped towards the direction of whatever it is. ;):D
