G1 Cyclonus!
Got him for fairly cheap (<$40) off ebay. No weapon or papers. Came free with super loose shoulder attachments though (as can be witnessed in the photos). Needs some reprolabels for missing 'bot stickers (will leave the alt mode faded ones in place).
Super stoked cause he is freakin awesome.

Got a bit concerned with Prowl in light of some recent posts regarding ebay pickups. He doesn't have the rubsign on the back of his head where they were placed for this release (in fact he doesn't have one at all). But given that the word Diaclone isn't in his shield stickers (1990s re-release), his paint is really sharp (KOs have paint bleed), all his weapons, box and paperwork are legit and the copyright stamp is the same as genuine G1 (which I have for comparison) except that the word "Japan" has been removed from the back of his left leg. I'm thinking either factory error or the owner prior to the seller removed it (although there is no adhesive residue to indicate this).
I think it's legit, but there is a niggle at the back of my head. Does anyone else here have TFC prowl and could verify the copyright stamp please?
@Raptormesh: you might want only BUmblebee and Cliffjumper figures for the Alternity line the rest you can live without. Mind you some of the later BTs are plastic figures - just like Alternators - e.g. Mirage. which was one of the deciding factors for me when I went ahead on expanding my Alt collection ( I only had Smokescreen then) instead of going BT... my only other BT is Arcee since she was never released in Alt version. The other factor being price. :D

Binaltechs are 1:24 whereas Alternity are 1:32, so they're not to scale with each other as far as the vehicles are concerned. As far as the robots are concerned... that's subjective and depending on what you would consider to be "in scale." Being 1:32 the Alternities are all smaller than the 1:24 Binaltechs and Alternators, so Alternity Bumblebee does stand shorter than Prowl in robot mode if that's what you're after. But conversely the Suzuki Swift mode will be out of scale to Meister's Mazda RX8 mode too.Quote:

But...Knockout and Hotshot....eh. They're tiny cars. They feel cheap. and with Hotshot i can see why the RID Bumblebee is so hated. I'm suddenly afraid for the future of Transformers with these guys.

Nah their smaller. But if you can accept the size difference in G1 Jazz and Bumblebee - that's how they are reltively sized, prolly even more actually with G1 Bee an SD car really. Gok has provided a pic I see. Now that you've seen it, keep that size in mind and think Alterity Prime and Megs - their of the same size as Bee that is why for me, and I mean for me, I can only accept Bee/CJ Alternity but the rest of the line, meh never mind.Quote:

Botcon Spinister and Octopunch along with Shattered Glass Insecticons landed today.
I'm one of the few that REALLY likes Spinister, though I may be biased. I hope a 3rd Party makes a Targetmaster for him :)
