October's… purchases

I been meaning to post this month, but I have to say.. I been stuck in GTA Online with my sister. Where my crew is rocking out with a nice autobot logo I knocked up in the emblem editor.

Anyhow enough of that, this month I picked up a few awesome transformers.
- Metroplex (my new parter, kidding of course... or am I)
- Ultra Magnus
- Grimwing
- Laserback
- Shockwave (epic figure)
- Blight
- Rippersnapper
- Windrazor

I must say I'm really loving the Beast Hunters, nice to have some beasts on the shelves again after selling my old beastwars.

I was waiting to see who noticed that. :P Downside is with the camero version, you can't have a spoiler and such etc. So it ends up not looking as cool 'in-game' in my opinion. Due to the lack of parts for the car.

Encore 22 and Metroplex.

Right into Japanese G1 right now so more Encores to come hopefully!

That's a BEAUTIFUL green doily.

Bet it took ages to track down as nice as that.

Picked up Grimlock v Bruticus today at TRU thanks to the 20% off tip (worked out to be $135.99). Very happy about this. I missed out on the SDCC version, passed on the Takara version (too pricey), and passed up the retail and G2 versions (no appeal whatsoever). As it turns out, good things do come to those that wait :D

My BH Shockwave and commander class Hardshell arrived from Amazon today. Really impressed with Hardshell wouldn't mind another two :-)

I got IDW's MTMTE TPB #3 from the Book Depository

Hasbro MP Soundwave set.

Can't wait to open the suckah.

EDIT: Just opened it, and it's all there, all legit.

I got really lucky on this, and am very pleased I get to avoid the drama of chasing it down instore.

But DAMN is the box big.

Masterpiece Prowl arrived today :)

Nice figure with nice paint, also got the coin and launcher.
Don't know if I should try and find another launcher or sell the one I've got, decisions of a collector......

For my 10th birthday I was given Optimus Prime and Prowl. When I got MP Prime a few years ago (along with many other people) I really wanted an MP Prowl, so very happy with this guy (The cassettes are cool as well:))

Awesome loot, and gottah love the delivery guys.

I went out for a quick shop and found a few random bits and bobs.

- Roadbuster, which I'm wrapped with. But he feels like he's made out of hard cake icing. I watched all 3 new transformers movies back to back the other night, so was happy to find him. Just need to find a deluxe Leadfoot now, with no luck yet - to complete the Dark of the Moon Wreckers.
- Air Vehicon, fantastic little figure.
- Mech Venom Strike and Dragon Assault, anyone have any clue who the two autobot kreons are in these? Cool little packs, but not worth the $10 each imo.

The Autobot Kreons are Windcharger and Trailbreaker (or technically Trailcutter, but you know who I mean).

I also think those sets are a pretty good value, considering a Microchanger is $5AU anyway, and this one also gives you a little playset and something to fight. I only bought the sets for the Kreons, but I think these little sets would be great fun for kids.

Yesterday I received some fantastic items, courtesy of the wonderful IAmIronDude: a great G1 Downshift, and launchers for my G1 Wheeljack.

He's now closer to being weaponised!

I did the same, only purchased them for the Kreons. Just annoys me how even after all this time the wrists still have these horrid stress marks etc. But the Kreons themselves are pretty cool.
