It was a pretty ballsy target they were shooting for. I really think they should have been less ambitious, gone for just one figure. Once we had it in our hands, people would have seen how cool the concept was, and bought the next kickstarterQuote:

I like the colours, but 359 for a figure? That's a crazy amount.... but they're not going to get it off the ground anyway

It's a shame that this doesn't look like it's going to fly. It has a team that is passionate about what they're doing with what seems like a cool idea. I backed the last one but not this one because I wanted the Desolataur figure and he's not an option here. Plus I have to watch my money. But I would have liked to see it get up.

News:
1. They will be staying far away from Kickstarter.
2. The 6 inch figures on are on the back burner. It is possible they will get made if another company is interested in producing their design.
3. The weapons and tech drones they designed may go on to Shapeways for people to print out (please let them know if you are interested!).
4. Rik was approached by 2 different manufacturers at TFcon Charlotte. Some toys will end up getting made in partnership with another third party company with PWTToo doing design.
A 3P publishing them will probably be better thank a kickstarter

Some Lost Protectors related items have started to appear on Shapeways recently. The three non-Dinosaur BMOG which were bonus figures in the campaign, a 35mm mini-figure statue of Jetstrike, small 3, 4 and 5mm handle versions of the weapons used by Desolataur and Bloodbath can be printed now.
