AFA graded is as far as i know, some official thingy that classifies toys according to their condition. They lock some tfs in carbonite to preserve them forever, but why preserve it forever if you can only look at it and not play with it ? ! I like cheese
AFA stands for Action Figure Authority which is a company that grades toys based on their quality. They also seal the toy in those plastics cases once graded to protect them.
As Roller says the toy is locked away so it can't be touched or played with as that would decrease the grade.
Because the toy has been graded by a neutral company the buyer knows they are going to get something that is in good condition, and it's not just the seller saying "yeah it's in good condition" when it isn't.
The sellers who have graded items also think there toys are worth much more because they are of a high grade and better than random second hand toys.
Does any1 know the offical series name for G1 legends?
