I'm still trying to finalise the Volcanicus order with them, it's ridiculous
I?m still waiting for them to ship my SOG dairuggerXV Voltron. Paid over a week ago without any acknowledgment that I?ve paid the invoice. How long do they normally take to ship after invoice settlement?
Still waiting my my selects G2 Sandstorm. No replys been trying to contact them for 6 months. Even asked if they could just cancel it. But still no reply.
So after no replies to my messages about where my order was (finally delivered after nearly 8 weeks from purchase). Or any response to my messages regarding my missing item, I filed a PayPal case and got refunded for the missing item. Avoid!
I feel like I'm the only customer they ever reply to.
I don't tend to send them emails or messages. I seem to just get my stuff sent when they become instock.
It's a shame that OMP is getting harder to interact with.
They spent a lot of time advertising here for free, but then wouldn't respond to people here... and after I gave them a temporary suspension of their free advertising here, just to get their attention to the growing complaints from various members here, they stopped posting here... and if they are intentionally ignoring Australians as retaliation, that would be disappointing, considering how good they have been in the past.
That?s a real shame that others have been experiencing issues. I just received a refund on my G2 Sandstorm, as they noted that they haven?t heard back from their supplier and are reluctantly cancelling preorders. Now while I?m a tad disappointed, its something I was able to easily source elsewhere (e.g. Amazon.com.au).
And I?m very thrilled with my Volcanicus preorder: substantially cheaper than it would have been through Zing.
