Despite the move to have the botmode of a robot Mickey cosplaying Optimus Prime, the figure looks to be fun. Plus the Japanese love these types of cross marketing. Especially Disney.
The conversion isn't what I expected and was a little dissapointed to see that everything just folds up inside the trailer. Although I do like how Mickey is (automatically?) on top of the robot's head as a "mecha-pilot".
I don't think there's much chance this will come out outside of Japan.
I showed the gf the pics of this last night, and she thought it was cute, and now wants one.
I expect that there would be many people with the same sentiment.
