I don't mind it - it's obviously to discourage anyone from illegitimately trying to sell this toy. And it's not as if it's written on an area that's obscure some kind of detail -- those parts would otherwise just be plain white.Quote:

I really like that Lugnut toy. I was expecting the plane mode to be kibblely but it actually looks aerodynamic and the wings have very clever and innovative engineering for the arms. The fact that they also contain a gimmick is also very impressive.
I have to decide which version to get.

tfwiki confirms this. WTH... who the hell went and nicked the Kup trademark?!? It's such a silly name to begin with I can't believe someone else would take it! Jazz, Ravage, Shockwave etc. I can understand... but KUP?? (o_O) Mebbe someone out there is squatting on unused trademarks just to tick Hasbro off...
