Spotted MP-07 Starscream $150 (1 in stock) and MP-12 Lambor $99 (more than 2) at TRU Townsville today.
At Sunnybank Hills today.
Kmart didn't seem to have anything newish. There were a variety of items but aside from Rescue Bots and gimmick toys, there is not much of each of the mainline toys, so very little choice for each of those size classes.

At BigW I was shocked to see newish product on the pegs (the final 2015 wave of RID Warrior, 1-step & 3-step)... and they still had some Generations Deluxe toys as well (but not wave 4, so it's old stock, and no Voyagers or Leaders at all).
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2015bw15.jpg
And the Reject Shop had the 2014 clearance items, but no Jetfires and very few of the Power Battlers (I didn't see any of the final wave ones).
Reject Shop in Stockland Rockhampton had 2 Jetfire's as of about 4pm this afternoon. Plus tons of AOE Gimmick toys and Hero Mashers.
No Jetfires at Allenstown Reject Shop, and no more at Stockland according to my wife. Will check again on Friday - I suppose there's a chance they'll restock.
Myer has Soundwave YOTG, O.P YOTG, & Seeker 3 Pack all $99.
I bought a Soundwave myself from Carindale, there are two left. Four O.Ps and a couple of Seeker Boxes... I bought a Seeker Set off Jetfire In The Sky last week... Oh wells.... he'll look after me with future transactions...
Combiner Wars Cyclonus and Hot Spot were $40 down from $50
Myer Maroochydore just cracked open a case of the CW Deluxes with Ironhide, Prowl, Mirage and Sunstreaker.
ToysRUs Garden City still hasn't restocked since the other day, but has several of the RID super Bumblebee's in the reserve shelving (I didn't get a photo last time).
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2015tru14.jpg
They only have one MP Lambor (at the front of the store), but had 7 on the weekend - thanks to the $100 sale.
BigW Garden City had its first real restock in 5 months, with RID and Combiner Wars toys (all 2015 toys).
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2015bw16.jpg
(No) sighting of Transformers Legion stock or RiD deluxes at Logan Kmart, but lots of empty shelf and several cages of new toy stock, so might be worth checking in a day or so. No Jetfire at Reject Shop either :(
Myer Garden City just put out their case of DLX Combaticons today and all 8 are still there (at $30 each).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015m03.jpg
20% off at Myer? Really? There's nothing posted in the news section.
I hope it only started today, as I would have bought the Combaticons when I saw them yesterday. $30 is too much, but $24 I could live with... particularly as they would probably be the last toys for the year for me (as my JP toys won't get here until January, and I wasn't going to order these from America without the rest of Wave 1 Combiners, which will still be a while).
Were they in the main toy section, or somewhere special, as I didn't see them there yesterday... and I didn't go in there today... I was too depressed. :pQuote:
Also, Big W had four CW Devastators for those interested.
Coles Garden City had wave 3 Kreons from 2013 for $4 each.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015cl06.jpg
Toys'R'Us Aspley had 2 or 3 full sets of Combaticon limbs left on Saturday (sorry, didn't check comprehensively). They didn't have prices on the pegs and didn't ring up at the register. They had them listed in a book at the register for $30 but they were ringing up at less than that when they were entering the code from the book manually.
Kmart Sunnybank must have restocked their RID Warriors as there was a Megatronus there this morning (none of the other new ones though). HEAPS of the RID Legions, but at $9 (compared to the $4.90 sale price at Coles this week).
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2015km28.jpg
Toyworld Macgregor had GEN Voyager Battle Core Optimus, but not really anything else to report, as they still have more pre-2015 toys than current toys.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2015tw01.jpg
On Monday, Kmart Sunnybank Hills had Combiner Wars Legends Shockwave , Buzzsaw, Pipes, Chop Shop for $19 each
I picked up a Combiner Wars Devastator at Big W Strathpine this afternoon. $198. Quite a few there at the time, but I don't know how long they had been out for.
ToysRUs Garden City had a single Combaticon tonight (around 1am) which was Blastoff... and a single RID 3-step Thunderhoof.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015tru17.jpg
Kmart Garden City had a full case of the Wave 4 Deluxe Combiners (Autobot cars).
BigW Carindale had 11 Devastators, while BigW Garden City had already sold out of theirs.
BigW Carindale also had the second wave of RID Minicons.
Myer Carindale had nine YOTG Optimus and four Conehead sets.
Details and photos from the last 24 hours, hoping to find something new to buy that was cheap or on sale (which was just Myer at the moment).
In the morning yesterday.
Toyworld Macgregor - Combiner Battle Core Optimus looked to be the only new thing, among a lot of 2014 Movie toys still warming the shelf.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015tw01.jpg
They also had in their current "Mr Toys" catalogue, the SDCC Devastator (for $249). The catalogue goes until January 10th, but this doesn't look like a sale price.
It says "don't pay $329", but that is meant to relate to RRP or a competitor's price... but since it is their exclusive, it is illegal to imply a saving if the item was never at the higher price there (or anywhere).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015tw02.jpg
Last night at Carindale between 10pm and midnight.
Myer - had nine YOTG Optimus and four Conehead sets, plus a Combiner DLX Prowl & Sunstreaker. No Combaticons. :(
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015m05.jpg
Target - Nothing new, but still a few of those generic Legends, including Optimus.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015tg08.jpg
BigW - 11 Devastators and wave 2 Minicons.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015bw18.jpg
.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015bw19.jpg
Then at Garden City between midnight and 2am.
Myer - stock was still shrinking, with the 6 shelves the other day now being 4.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015m06.jpg
Kmart - actually restocked since the last photo just a few days, which only had 13 Transformers toys. Nothing really new though, but there was a full case of Combiner DLX Autobots (wave 4), and quite a few RID 3-step Sideswipes.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015km29.jpg
Target - still nothing new since July... with almost the same toys as last weeks photo.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015tg09.jpg
BigW - sold all their Devastators, but has mostly RID minicons (just wave 1).
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015bw20.jpg
ToysRUs - The pegs and shelves are still left empty from the last two weeks, but must have had a case of Combiner DLX Combaticons and RID 3-steps as there was a single Blast Off and a single Thunderhoof.
I also found in the games section, the 2015 edition of Transformers Monopoly (different to the 2007 edition) for a huge $60, and the TFPrime Shuffle battle card game for $14. It could be really old since it is TFPrime, but I've never seen it here before.

Then at about 9am this morning.
Kmart Sunnybank - They had just put on the shelf the Combiner Battle Core Optimus toy.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015km30.jpg
After all that pre-Christmas shopping, all I ended up going home with was the Shuffle card game from TRU. :(
I wanted the Monopoly game, but $60 is just too much.
Something I saw on an email the other day from ToysRUs, is that the Aspley Store is moving soon... to a different part of the shopping centre grounds.
It won't be hard to find, but it might throw off some people trying to find it if they go to the old location and didn't see the new location while driving in.
The Woolworths at Sunnybank had popped out a new case of RID Legions yesterday, and this is why I'm seeing so many Sideswipes and Fixits at other stores (Coles Sunnybank has about 12 Sideswipes warming the pegs, so must have recently received three of these cases).
This is such an odd assortment, having over half being one character who isn't Optimus or Bumblebee.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2015ww03.jpg
From today...
Kmart Sunnybank had a case of the Deluxe Combaticons ($25), but were already half gone within two hours of being open today (they weren't there on December 31st).
Of the four that were already gone, both Brawls were gone, and I ended up buying the other three, so there is only one left (Vortex or Blast Off).
Kmart Garden City had the new Generations Legends (Shockwave, Pipes, Buzzsaw, Chopshop), for $19 each.
BigW Garden City had the new 8-pack comic set with figurines ($24).
BigW, Target and ToysRUs all still haven't restocked with any mainline toys. (ToysRUs got in 12 Masterpiece Lambors, at the front of the store)
Photos to go with yesterday's sightings...
Kmart, with the new Legends, and a slowly growing Transformers section (still a shadow of its former glory).

.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016km01.jpg
ToysRUs, with 12 new MP Lambors at the front of the store, and the regular Transformers section still shrinking, as they've moved in other toys to hide the embarrassing empty space.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016tru01.jpg
.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016tru02.jpg
Meanwhile, Target is now down to 8 Transformers toys.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016tg01.jpg
And a photo from Toyworld Macgregor, of their SDCC Devastator.
I asked about the $329 price in the current Mr Toys catalogue, and they claim that that was the price at the Brisbane Comic Con, so it is not completely wrong to have it noted as a saving... but it was never at that price in the stores.

Yesterday, Target at Garden City had deluxe combiner wars, the Combaticons for $29 each, they also had voyager Hotspot for $49, and Leader Starscream for $89
Kmart Sunnybank Hills might have one set of Combaticons for $25 each.
I managed to purchase a set yesterday. Earlier in the week there may of been a set there but had already sold as I noted one Blast off and nothing else.
K-Mart at Fairfield waters shopping centre had Battle Core Optimus Prime and Big W at Stockland had Transformers Robots in Disguise Minicon Deployers Overload & Drift.
Correct. TRU Aspley is moving to the standalone building that was previously Clive Peeters. The signage is up now.
Transformers section at TRU Aspley has shrunk, possibly due to the move. Some carded figures and plenty of MP-21G and MP-12 boxes on the shelves. Also two units of the Platinum Insecticons (one of them was missing a figure, sheesh). At the front of the store was Platinum Trypticon, MP Star Saber and a CW/WU combiner set (could have been Superion).
Target at the Willows had Combaticons limbs with one less Swindle.
Target Helensvale has got the Combaticon deluxes in now. Picked myself up a Swindle and Blast Off.
So I'm seeing leader Starscream in target Morayfield. Did we miss any shot at UM?
Comic Book Heroes in Aspley has had Leader class Ultra Magnus in the past, so they still might have some, so be worth checking there.
I went there a few months ago and they had a fair range then. 2 plastic tubs full of G1 loose figures (ok condition, certainly not mint), prices ok. They also had some newer retail stuff, generations etc. Not a big range but enough to look at. Third party figures were also there, fans Project mostly.
Well, that really sucks. He was the only Leader from this line I wanted.
And yeah. I live Sunshine Coast, work in Brisbane but commute by train, so getting to Aspley is damn hard. Stopping by on a random chance that store might have something probably isn't going to happen.
I was last in there early 2015, iirc, and they didn't have much then (but as someone had spotted a bunch of the Generations toys a week or so before, it was more likely they'd been cleaned out).
Target and KMart have both restocked! Target now have CW Wave 5 deluxe, Leader Starscream, and Battlecore Optimus, in addition to a healthy supply of RID one steps and minicons.
KMart had wave 4 and 5 deluxe (looked like a full set of each), the new wave of Legends with Byzzsaw (I grabbed the last Shockwave) and decent amounts of Hot Spot and Cyclonus. I didn't look too hard at the other stuff.
Yesterday at the City CBD meet...
BigW - had wave 2 Minicons, and pretty much nothing else with Transformers.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016bw01.jpg
Target - Leader Starscream, Vortex, Swindle, Blast Off (no Brawl), RID 2016 Megatronus, Fracture, redeco Bbee, redeco Optimus,
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016tg02.jpg
Myer - several YOTG Optimus and a Conehead 3-pack.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016m01.jpg
Toyworld - two SDCC Devastators and nothing remotely recent... okay, they had the Battle Core Optimus, but that's it.
They had a very very large selection of 2014 Movie toys, including almost all of the Voyagers.

They had this on the pegs... an awesome toy sale of $35 for the RID Warriors. Some sale/promotion - being the most expensive in Australia for RID Warriors.
http://toycollectors.com.au/2016tw06.jpg
They had over a dozen of the RID Super sized Bumblebees, which are in the current catalogue for the "awesomely cheap" $90 (from an expensive $119).
Mt. Gravatt Kmart had only RiD and the Rescue Heroes. The staff member said they really hadn't had anything for awhile, and showed me the empty pegs.
Kmart Logan had a single blue Pipes, and no other Commanders. I took Pipes, so none til the restock.
There was a Brisbane cbd meet yesterday?
A very rushed last-minute meet, after finding out a couple of out-of-towners were in Brisbane last weekend.
I swear Atherton Big W is the golden Big W.
Every time I pop in it has the newest releases yet Big W Cairns has got jack squat.
Big W Atherton has the new RID legions and about 3 Devastators
