Yeah, I know, but now I am being told something different by the courier. The maddening thing is that someone was home so obviously they didn't bother going to the front door and ring the bell. I went out of my way to organise someone to be there after I got the shipping notification yesterday. I've called the courier company and they can't help over the phone or redirect it to my work. They say I need the card left at the door... only problem is, the person that was there is now no longer there. It shouldn't be this hard!

in the end I was very lucky and the courier arrived just as I was leaving for work.

it looks to me like transdirect is some sort of umbrella courier company that then subcontracts to other courier companies. I recall a post someone else made saying that Premium Collectables were instructing the courier company to deliver again with no charge.
You might be able to get PC to redirect the courier to your work or another address I'm not sure.

Hey 5FDP, I had the same issue. My card also read "NO REDELIVERY OR REDIRECTION WITHOUT PERMISSION FROM TRANSDIRECT".

The card has the necessary details for you to re-book delivery online (or arrange collection). I went ahead and requested a second delivery with authorisation to drop off without signature. Received it the next day.

Later this morning, I received an email from the courier company. I printed it out and I was able to pick it up from a newsagent a few suburbs over, after a short argument with the owner because I didn't have the card (going home first from work wasn't an option).

When I got home, I found out that the card was left in the letterbox so obviously the courier never even went to the front door.

Anyway, none of this is PC's fault and on that note, the item was in great condition and very well packed. I just wish I didn't have to deal with couriers.

I do not see any tracking number for my order, how you guys tracked the order?

I received an email with the tracking number. It was overnight delivery and the package was delivered by Couriers Please if that helps.

Mine says by Aust Post. no tracking etc.

Apparently Masterpiece Lambor/Sideswipe was back in stock for a little while last night according to PC's Facebook page but when I saw the post it was two hours later and there was no option to buy on their website.
So I'm guessing he sold out within the first hour of the notification. Ah well

Happens to me from time to time as stocks and demand for hot items are just that quick. He posted the last run of Thundercracker and like you I went to check and is no longer available.

With the amount of members here actually buying from them I hope they can keep up the good quality of service.
