If you're planning on bidding, I'm almost certain the devastator and terrorcons are KO's. The photo is too low resolution to see what others are fake though. Careful now !

Pepsi MP Convoy - no official release that I'm aware of, so that'd be a custom figure.

The bulk lot - even if the Constructicons are KOs, there is a lot of stuff in there that'd be worth the current bid price (and even a bit above it). Hungrrr looks faded, and everything else looks legit. And they prefer alternate payment methods, but doesn't say they won't accept paypal, because it is in the payment options section (and I think you have to now anyway).

so bizarre though, she had the best communication so i paid and she disappeared like a fart in the wind

there is no way in hell we're actually going to get product from her though
