Just to update on my situation, the builder showed up and believes he has found the root cause of the problem. The water was coming through the roof and into the eaves (which I pretty much already told him) through unsecured panels connecting the new roof to the old. Now we play the waiting game to see if it's resolved 100% *fingers crossed*

What sort of job do you do? I'll be willing to swap with anyone and see if they can straighten my brother out. I've wasted the past 2 days reconciling our accounts for the past 2 months. A job that he is supposed to do every afternoon. Don'y even get me started on the money he has lost that customers have given him on his sales rep calls.Quote:
