I think Hasbro deserves a round of applause for this (and yes it's real, numerous people have confirmed receiving emails). They didn't have to add them as there was no promise or even hint this would happen. Purely a kind gesture on their part.

I couldn't find it on tfw... but Seibertron says that it was an email from Hasbro to those who preordered it (in America).https://www.seibertron.com/transform...hsaurus/47420/
Starts here on TFW. Seems to be real.
I'm going to guess that the moulds were made a few years ago, and were a casualty of the failure at retail (well, the purported refusal of certain giant retailers to buy any more of them) of the battle-masters and micro-masters from Siege and Earthrise.

Something interesting - he not only designed the Haslab Star Saber toy (and Victory Leo), but also designed the Masterpiece Star Saber toy (which I think I recall him saying that he regrets not getting a chance to do a Masterpiece Victory Leo to go with it).
Just venting. The EBgames were I preordered mine is closing and my preorder got cancelled. Hope there's spare when they are released.
