I'm pretty sure the Takara one has battle damage as well. I think the only difference is an insignia on the nosecone.

Takara did away with the weathering paint scheme jay. A lot of people had fanboy whinges about it on the boards when the then US Walmart exclusive G1 colored MP version came out. A lot were annoyed with the darkened wing joints and wotnot. So takara instead had theirs in silvery light grey and not so much that Screamer looks like hes a burnt toast. I have the Takara version. Its one of the factors I considered when I was buying him coz I had a look at a loose Hasbro version one, didnt really like the "battle damage" Hasbro had going - much like the MP prime they issued with the same random dark paints here and there, totally unnecessary IMO.Quote:
