Letters and Numbers is back on SBS - I love that show! Always chuffed if I get the correct numerical answer or my word is longer than the contestants :)
I never knew an Australian version existed until I saw it on TV the other day. I've been watching the original UK version (called Countdown) for a while, that SBS plays at about 2am in the morning a few days a week.Quote:

Watching the UK version (or the Australian) means the episode of The IT Crowd where Moss goes on the show make more sense. There's probably people who've seen that episode and think it's a made up game show.

OK... so, Better Call Saul is improving after 4 episodes. I'm not buying into the whole media hype with some comparing it to the best shows in the history of television, but it is starting to become entertaining. IIRC, Breaking Bad started out very similar; very slow pace and building up to key events that kept you coming back to watch it.
What I am hanging out for is Hannibal and True Detective. They seem to be taking forever to announce when they're coming out :(
