Watching an episode of Jake & the Fatman on TV today (episode 7 from 1987), had two actors who would later be in two different Star Trek shows (Dwight Shultz as Reg Barclay and Tim Russ as Tuvok), and would eventually be starring in the same episode again some 18 year later (1995 with the Voyager episode Projections). Dwight would appear in six more episodes of Voyager four years later.
It's not mentioned anywhere that I could find, even on the fan wiki, but I think it is fascinating that these Star Trek veterans were doing so many guest/bit parts for decades and crossed paths on a few occasions, probably without even realising it.
