He's very solid and well-engineered. The plastic on the doors feel just a tad thin i feel when i transformed him for the first time and the back panel tends to pop off the ball joint if you are not twsting it from the right angle. but after you transform it just once you'll know where everything goes and should be a breeze from there.

Not a big fan of the other two FP Headmasters, but these two guys look fantastic, especially in the pose you've got them in. Great stuff.
