How about Austalia post options? I think many of us may have wanted to use our parcel lockers but can't if they are private couriers? But my last order from you guys was Aust post which could have went to my parcel locker if thats the case but we all don't know.
The other thing about your free shipping, lets say if product was $115.00
and I applied my $25 points discount, does that mean I am going to pay shipping now?

The Shipping procedure has not changed,
we have just been given some better rates by all the providers we use and decided to pass them down to all customers.
The only Time Auspost will be used in all cases is items 500 grams or less.

In relation to free shipping, It is the same as the 150 Club where you have to physically spend the amount to be eligible.
difference now is you don't pay $9.95 but $6.95 shipping if you dont spend the amount. so it would be something to weigh up when redeeming vouchers or saving them for something more.
We think $6.95 nationwide shipping is pretty good to offer if you fall outside the Free Shipping qualification
