Target Elizabeth which is normally very dry of anything non mainstream movie line shelf warmers actually had a few generations soundwave/red alerts. $28 which is a little steep however.

I went today and only 1x Red Alert left, I wanted Soundwave too =o( SkyWarp91, were you still looking a TFA Voyager Prime? They had a few of him and also Starscream, Cybetron Megs etc. for $20.

Target had Generations Red Alert and WFC Soundwave today.

Also, Big W had selected ROTF deluxe figs going for $12... including Ratchet, Brawn and Lockdown.
