Do you have the option to question the rent increase amount? The same thing happened when I renewed my lease, but it was only $20 a week. On the letter stating it was being increased, there was a note saying if I thought the increase was excessive I could go through channels to have it questioned. Maybe you can do that? Hobbyco has 3 stores so the inventory listed on their website may not necessarily be available at the city store. I only know this because a while back, I tried to get a lego set listed on their site and rang the city store to inquire about it and they told me it was at their Rhodes store.
Arghh!! I bruised parts of my left hand trying to stop a few balls over at the nets today. Now it doesn't feel right when I type :eek:
