They are Mini devistator and Mini autobot devistator ( from universe I think ) they also release a Mini railracer. But that is the first time I have seen the autobot one.

Based on the Japanese G1 'Operation Combination' toy line.

Both are from the 'Sixbuilder' mold which was released as the Takara TF Micromaster line and then the Hasbro TF line.
