That had better be something they fix, or else it isn't worth going through all those maps and harder enemies, if you are only left with the weakest "starter" characters.

I only played it a bit before getting rid of it (hey Rid, :p) but they are only unlocked if you scan them for a limited time.

What is the difference between MOSC (mint on sealed card) and MISB (mint in standard box)?

MISB is a *sealed* box. Both terms mean the same thing, an unopened toy, it's just that some toys are on a backing card (eg deluxes, legions) and some in boxes (voyagers, leaders).

Some people use MISP (mint in sealed package) to cover both, and some (like me) use the two different terms to be overly accurate.

Well I believe it's the week after the record fair, which is on the 24th.
EDIT: Checked online and can confirm it is 31st, so it is 1 week after the record fair.
